Can I look for a fully equipped restaurant?
Yes. Tell Fares what you plan to serve, your preferred area, monthly rent budget, and which equipment you need. You can request a fully equipped space or explain what equipment you already have. Availability and included equipment must be confirmed for each property.
Is this for leasing or buying restaurant space?
Both. Choose “Lease business space” or “Buy a commercial property” in the inquiry, then select the restaurant property type. Add your concept and preferred size so the conversation starts with your requirements.
Does sending an inquiry reserve a restaurant space?
No. It sends your requirements to Fares for follow-up. It does not reserve a property, submit an offer, or confirm that a location can support your intended business.
